South Australian Deliveries
Where possible we will arrange delivery for South Australian metropolitan areas with our in-house Delivery Specialists. Your Sales Consultant will arrange your delivery and advise whether a delivery charge is applicable. Deliveries outside of the SA metropolitan area may be outsourced and your Sales Consultant will arrange delivery and advise whether a delivery charge is applicable. Depending on the products purchased, your delivery may be arranged and delivered by the supplier eg: Miele.
Australia Wide Delivery
We are able to deliver products Australia wide but this needs to be coordinated over the phone. Please contact our showroom on (08) 8297 0222 and speak to a Sales Consultant to discuss the products you are interested in and they will provide a freight quote.
Products can not be delivered to an unattended address. A signature is required upon delivery.
Online Orders - Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated by the size and weight of your product plus your location. Exact delivery charges are calculated in the shopping cart and added to the order total prior checkout. Orders are typically dispatched within 2-3 business days (unless stated otherwise) and delivery is estimated at between 3-10 business days depending on your location. We endeavour to deliver your product(s) within the estimated delivery time however factors outside our control may result in delays. If your location is outside our normal metropolitan delivery areas you will not be able to complete your order. If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order we will notify you within 2 business days. Rawsons Appliances is committed to providing exceptional customer support and quality products. We endeavour to make sure all products listed on our website are current and pricing is correct. In the event that an ordered item is not immediately available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, create a back order or provide a full refund.
